It's just the same, fear campaign ramped up. The virus is us and we have be convinced to take the fix for that.

Apparently the current versions already do a good job of ignoring the vax.

Vax stocks spiked up this morning. Any bets the vax makers didn't plant the rumors, if not the actual mutation itself??

'Scuse me. I gotta go sharpen my pitchfork.

I totally understand that people are saying this is just another "scariant", but like you I have been expecting something like this.

Re: Novavax:

The vaccine is produced by creating an engineered baculovirus containing a gene for a modified SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. The spike protein was modified by incorporating two proline amino acids in order to stabilize the pre-fusion form of the protein; this same 2P modification is being used in several other COVID-19 vaccines. The baculovirus is made to infect a culture of Sf9 moth cells, which then create the spike protein and display it on their cell membranes.

The spike proteins are harvested and assembled onto a synthetic lipid nanoparticle about 50 nanometers across, each displaying up to 14 spike proteins.

Novavax, along with the other major vaccine companies, are developing booster vaccines to target the B.1.351 variant. Novavax are planning to test a “bivalent” vaccine, which targets two different strains, using the spike protein from both the original Wuhan strain and the B.1.351 variant.

I don't trust Novavax at all I'm afraid. I'm not having any spike protein injected into me and the lipid nanoparticles can still theoretically cause prion diseases, as with the mRNA.
