I heard this earlier. Sincere question - has anyone verified that it is a genuine call between a pharmacist and a parent as presented? I didn't want to ask on Twitter and get trolled. But as we all know, there is a lot of fakery going on from both sides. And in some cases, it is put out by other side (double-agent style) as well, to discredit those with genuine concerns.
This is heartbreaking. I am in absolute sympathy with the dad, his fury and grief and helplessness. One question that comes to my mind though, that would likely be a talking point for vax advocates in this particular case, is that it's quite possible the mom *was* told that myocarditis is a rare side effect and she went ahead with the shot anyway, and then when the child ended up hospitalized she lied to her husband and said she wasn't told. If she was willing to disregard the dad's wishes and vax their son without his consent, it strikes me as very possible that the mom is trying to shift blame relieve herself of the crushing guilt she is likely feeling. The question in my mind is: did she sign any actual consent form and if so, did it mention myocarditis? It's hard to say from this conversation what the facts are in that regard since neither party here was involved in the actual procedure.
To be clear, I'm not saying any of this as some kind of excuse for vaxing kids: I am wholly opposed to these vaccines being pushed on anyone, much less administered to children of any age. But I do see the question of "what did the mom actually know/what was she told?" as being unanswered by this interaction. Still, as I said, it's heartbreaking.

I thought the dad was remarkably restrained, all things considered. I probably would have started with "fucking murdering bitch" and escalated from there.

My husband, 24-yo son, and I--all resolutely unjabbed--have each been irreparably harmed by “healthcare” over the years. My husband has unremitting, screaming tinnitus in one ear as a result of a nerve being nicked during a cervical fusion. This December will be Year Seven. Before that, he suffered through then-undiagnosed/untreated Herpes Simplex Encephalitis (which has a mortality rate as high as 90%) while under the active “care” of no fewer than THREE neurologists and a GP, AND with me “advocating” for him like a banshee. (I learned that it’s virtually impossible to make another human do anything they don’t want to do. God knows, I tried.)
My son suffers from Tourette’s Syndrome which began shortly after a series of 3-4 vaccines. Yes, I know, “Correlation does not equal causation”, but knowing that provides even LESS comfort than one might imagine. He went on to develop migraines after receiving the whooping cough vax (he had already had the disease!), and he STILL occasionally gets a swollen nodule at the injection site to this day. I can’t prove the migraines, but we’ve got photos of that weird nodule, as well as the whole-body rash he developed after a doctor prescribed amoxicillin for an ear infection that he had in conjunction with mono...both of which were diagnosed by the SAME doctor at the same time. (Google “amoxicillin mono”). ANY medical provider--especially a GP at a Family Practice!--should be well aware of this common contraindication. If anyone’s interested, I have photos of the rash and the nodule.
I suffered from a diseased (then dead) gallbladder for OVER 20 years (thanks genetics!)--during which time I was improperly treated by countless doctors--before finally getting a correct diagnosis and treatment. My lifelong migraines were primarily treated with opiates; after I finally developed/disclosed my opiate addiction to my doctor, she promptly switched me to the then-new miracle drug, OxyContin, due to its lower abuse potential. Lastly, while trying to get my (debilitatingly severe) ADHD diagnosed, I had an experience eerily similar to the one I had with my evil little gallbladder: I was “treated” with nearly every psychoactive drug on the market, save stimulants (I’m an addict, after all 🤦♀️). The incompetency runs across all of the medical specialties, it seems.
I currently have a doctor who is satisfied with merely nagging me to get preventative testing/treatments (instead of requiring them) in order to procure the meds I’m willing to take. My 50+ years interacting with the medical industry has taught me that there are a few things worse than dying: sometimes it’s the treatment. And the fact is, if they look hard enough, they’ll find SOMETHING to “treat”: they get paid regardless of outcome.
