I read an interesting article recently by a blogger who had gotten an email from an old online acquaintance. The old acquaintance was chastising this blogger for being “negative” on his social media.
Specifically, the blogger-in-question is opposed to all of the incoming totalitarianism that has been creeping upon us for the past so many years in Western society, including covid censorship and lockdowns, the WEF, and other global agendas that we don't have much say in. And the writer of the email was perplexed and also angered that the blogger-in-question was upset about these things. Why are you so upset and angry? Etcetera etcetera, yada blah blah blah. Here’s part of the email shared by the blogger-in-question:
Over the years I have read a great deal of what you have written, but that became less of a habit in recent years.
Trying to locate your email address, I ended up today on your X account. After all those early years of reading you as a positive writer about technology I was completely taken back by what you endorsed on X.
It was so full of hate and anger. Against the WEF, against scientists working for government, about people who worry about global warming, regardless of who caused it, against Liberals and leftists and a whole bunch of name calling.
I do not for the life of me understand how a person in your position, intelligent, informed, successful, money in the bank, living in the best country in the world is so full of vitriol. The anger leaps off the page.
You are not alone. In my working circle I have a lawyer colleague who writes exactly like you. My cousin who runs a successful insurance company uses exactly the same language.
I guess he also mentioned how he felt that the covid vaccine had saved his life, and so he's bought completely into the mainstream narrative.
Now, it just makes me wonder what inspires somebody who's not very close to a person to contact them and chastise them about what they're doing on social media. It tends to be a certain type that does this, people who are caught up in mainstream ideology, and it apparently upsets them that people aren't happy about what's going on.
But rather than sitting to think whether this person that they previously respected might have some valid points, they just shut down and start attacking. They'll often do this in a way that on the surface appears nice and polite, but obviously a very intense amount of anxiety is going on for them to even take the time to do this.
I've had this happen to me in the past. I had someone who I had known from high school, someone who I had kept in touch over the years, but I haven't seen in literally thirty years, send me a message on Facebook some years ago because at the time, I was futilely attempting to try to wake people up about the hypocrisy that was going on. (I didn't really succeed in waking anybody up by the way.)
She wrote me and told me that she was going to have to take a break from my feed because it was so “negative.” And she said this in a nice way, but I was thinking: Why did you need to tell me this? Why don’t you just take a break and go along your merry way?
There have certainly been people who were on my feed who I took a break from without any comment, and it actually wasn't because they were negative. It was because of the opposite. It’s because they were relentlessly positive and self-promoting to the point of extreme narcissism. And I am not interested in fueling people’s egos in that way, so I would just remove them from my feed and not pay attention to them.
Ultimately, I decided to get off Facebook entirely (except for a couple of business things that I do there) because it was a waste of my time. In many years that I tried to wake people up, I just had pushback from people who were caught up in mainstream narratives and ideology and some affirmation from people who agreed with me. So it really didn’t make any difference, and it was simply a waste of my time.
Wasn’t it Jesus who said, “Don't cast your pearls before swine?” Well, somebody in the Bible said that, and this is really the case.
It does bring up the question of how do I or any writer actually reach the people who most need to be reached…when they are covering their ears and their eyes and their noses even, and they are refusing to listen to us or even consider whether we might be right. Most of what we do here is actually preaching to the choir.
I believe that there is a certain segment of the population that is simply incapable of thinking beyond what’s been programmed into them. Well, I don’t wanna say fully incapable. Perhaps on some level they are capable, but they don’t have the desire or the will to change.
And why should they? Most of these people are actually living comfortable lives. They are actually the ones who are truly privileged. They have homes. Their mortgages might be either paid off or at least taken care of. They drive an expensive car, and they have the money and the time to travel around and take vacations…and on occasion, get upset at people who are disagreeing with the narrative.
What they don’t do is spend their free time actually digging into anything or doing any research.
Most of these people are actually quite nice people and they’re caring. They actually do feel that they are helping, or they want to help, but they really just don’t know any better.
One of the negative traits that they have, though, is they don’t really question anything. They just take what the authorities tell them, and they assume that’s what’s right.
I was in a conversation recently with some of these types of people, very, very nice women, who were talking about the increase of crime in the area. I was polite and I didn’t want to stir up anything, so I mostly kept my mouth shut and listened.
I noticed that their entire conversation was focused on what was happening and how this was impacting people that they know. For example, somebody they knew got robbed after using Uber.
But there was no question as to why the crime rates were increasing, what was the underlying cause, or what we could do to stop it. It was simply a conversation of tsk tsk, isn't this terrible?
And I think this sums up how a lot of Americans and people in the West think. They take what the authorities tell them, and they might notice that there is something going on, but they don’t take the time to independently question and really think about why things are happening the way that they're happening.
Now, we could talk about this in terms of psychology and mental blocks, and also the lulling to sleep that happens, I believe, when people actually have too much success in their lives. People who have enough money and are in the upper middle class really don’t need to change because they are the ones who are doing very well. But I think it goes beyond that.
There is a spiritual disconnect that people have. There is a lack of discernment that some folks have. They simply don’t have the warning signals that the rest of us have.
Now I don’t know if this is fully a spiritual thing, because I certainly know atheists who have the warning bells going off, but there is some sort of soul capacity that the rest of these people have lost.
It’s the inability to see evil and to recognize it, particularly when evil is coming in a “kind” form. Because evil, when it’s very pernicious and intelligent, does not show up as a slobbering monster with lots of claws and horns and sulfur-smelling breath. Real evil usually shows up in a suit and a tie behind a handsome face.
And these people don't recognize the evil. They’re simply incapable of seeing it.
They also get lulled by appearances. Now, I don't really want to get overly political here because I am nonpartisan. I don’t like either party. However, I will note that in my personal opinion and also in my spiritual discernment (because I have done energy readings on these men) Donald Trump is not evil, but Joe Biden is.
And yet, the people who don’t have the discernment look at the externals of Trump and see the crassness and the egotism and the foul language and, yes, some of the stupidity…and also the authorities going down on him very hard…and assume that he’s the evil one.
And then they look at Joe Biden, who has been able to cover up his evil with a nice smile and a somewhat calm demeanor, at least in his old age. (Because if you look back on when what Biden said when he was younger, he actually did show his temper quite a bit.)
Part of being able to discern evil is to be able to look beyond the surfaces and the so-called ugly personality to see if there’s a heart underneath that.
I’m not saying that Trump is a saint, because he is certainly not. But he has some light in him. Joe Biden does not. It’s kind of sad for Joe Biden, but I truly believe that he made a deal with the devil, whether consciously or unconsciously, to gain power in the United States.
The devil, being the trickster that he is, likes to play pranks on people. The devil gave Joe Biden what he wanted. He made him president of the United States. But he made him president when he was too old and too senile to fully understand what was happening, and Biden became the laughingstock of the nation because of it.
That’s how the devil works, and it’s clear in what has happened during Joe Biden’s presidency. Not surprisingly, the people who have no spiritual eyesight are so fooled that they can’t see what is obvious to everyone else, that Biden is now senile and unfit for office. In fact, they are actively denying it, saying that clips of Biden acting like a doddering old fool are simply “taken out of context.”
It’s like that time I had a friendly argument with my nice but gullible friend who was upset about Trump’s sexual misconduct accusations and not Biden’s, and when I mentioned Biden had allegedly sexually assaulted a staffer while Senator, she told me she had met Biden once and he seemed nice. So? That proves nothing! Ted Bundy was “nice” too.
Biden’s a Democrat though, so…blinders back on.
What do we do to wake these other people up? I don’t think that we can possibly. I mean, we can certainly try. Part of the problem is that many mainstream people (especially on the left) have become too attached to their partisan identities: “I’m a Democrat. The Democrats are the good guys; the Republicans are the bad guys. Therefore, Trump must be guilty and Biden must be innocent.”
It’s really a child’s way of looking at the world - my team can do no wrong!
But the main problem is that their spiritual discernment is simply broken.
If we look at these things from the aspect of Kabbalah…and I know some people think Kabbalah is just some sort of magical thing that’s related to Illuminati, and really the true Kabbalah is not. True Kabbalah is simply mysticism that comes from the Jewish tradition, which is also the tradition of which Jesus and Christianity is a part, and that’s one of the main reasons that I'm studying it. Because I want to learn what the church elders didn’t want us to know.
And one of the things that Kabbalah teaches is first of all that we do have reincarnation (which was stripped from the Christian church) and that certain types of souls reincarnate at certain levels. And there’s a certain level of soul in Kabbalah that is simply unaware spiritually. These souls do not have the ability to connect spiritually, at least in this incarnation. They have to wait until the rest of us get to a certain level before they are even able to see spiritually at all.
So there is an aspect of collective redemption in Kabbalah that many modern Christians would have an issue with because Jesus was the one who redeemed our sins. Right? But in a Christian form of Kabbalah, those people wouldn’t even be able to ask Jesus to redeem their sins because they have been blinded by their low spiritual level. They will need to elevate to a higher spiritual level before they’re even able to accept Jesus’ gift, if I’m to mix spiritual traditions here.
In addition, there are the people who have what is called the Heart of Stone, who are so irredeemable that they’re not even supposed to be incarnated on the planet, but will so under certain negative circumstances, such as ancestral sins like incest or cheating on a spouse. And so we apparently have a lot of Heart of Stone people who have come into the world, and they are definitely not redeemable, at least in this lifetime. Those people are the actively evil people like serial killers and whatnot…and some of the behind the scenes “deep staters” who are running Biden right now.
Now I'm not saying that we should treat spiritually blind people badly or be mean or unkind to them. But we should consider that, when somebody like that sends us a letter asking why we are so “negative,” they are literally unable to understand. And we should try to respond as much as we can with some patience and kindness…but ultimately not bother throwing our pearls before the swine.
We should work on strengthening ourselves spiritually and help others in our awakened spiritual tribe, because only after we get past our own spiritual junk, then we can collectively help the rest.
Again, Wow Substacker! You are one of first writers to describe, for me, the child-like demeanor of the unwoke. You have written what I experienced
I admit: It is frustrating that the woke are often sweet-natured, giving, and even highly-functioning members of society. Those in my own circle are usually financially-secure blessed with stable employment, well-funded retirements, home ownership and even lavish travel and vacations. My hints hat "the sky is falling" usually fall on deaf ears and sometimes I feel that it is I who am mad...To me, Trump is a beta test. As flawed as he is, if you are unwilling to see or recognize his "light," signifies for me that yours is dim or nonexistent. (Just about all of my loved ones detest the man!). Even today I asked a new acquaintances, who went into the TDS rant, if they saw contive decline in the presentvleader. She replies, oh, he's just an old man. Yet despite all their sunny normality, something is missing. They are zombified Step ford Wives, who are unable or unwilling to see the abyss that awaits them. What to do? I remember the myth of Cassandra, crying out hoping someone will listen and heed. The sky, indeed is falling and we don't have much time! Thank you for the confirmation!
Interesting idea. Heart of stone people is a new concept - I've not heard that before. It's from the Kabbalah is it?
